Quakey town

We live in a shakey quakey country.

That’s not really a surprise to anyone in New Zealand, especially after the earthquakes that hit Christchurch almost three years ago.  But it still catches us all off guard.  Central NZ had a pretty big shake a couple of weeks ago.  And then two days later an even bigger one.  Luckily for Andy and I, we weren’t in town.  Unluckily, even though we were around 600km away from the epicentre, we still felt it.

There was very little damage in Wellington – this time. This is our house (welcome!) and near my work.
