In many ways, 2021 has seen one hurdle after another. There was definitely some good mixed in there too, but we really needed a bit of a break from it all. So we went for a walk. A really long walk, up and over an active volcano.
We had the most spectacular day, and marvelled at this wonderful wee country we live in. Although Covid and the border closures have been rough, it was so peaceful – most of the time it felt like we were the only ones wandering around this incredible landscape.
I think it’s safe to say, I’ll be back again (who wants to join me?!)
